Introduction

OpenCOVER (OpenSceneGraph COvise Virtual Environment Renderer) is a COVISE renderer module with support for Virtual Reality (VR) input devices, backprojection displays, Augmented Reality and intuitive interaction. OpenCOVER can also be started independently of COVISE and just be used as a stand-alone collaborative virtual reality viewer for 3D geometry.

This document explains how OpenCOVER is configured for your Virtual Environment. The section Graphics Board and Display describes how to setup stereo and multiple screens.

The section Input Devices explains how the 3D input and tracking devices are configured.
