ReadPlot3D

The module reads data sets written by Plot3D.

ReadPlot3D is available for COVISE snapvir-2001-01 and higher. It's tested on SGI systems.

SGI only - no LINUX support

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
grid_path	Browser	The basic grid file location.
data_path	Browser	The basic data file location.
gridtype	Choice	The type of the grid:Structured, Unstructured or IBLANKed.
subtype	Choice	The subtype: Single or Multi.
datatype	Choice	The type of the data: Solution or Scalar/Vector or Function

The next image show the results in the Inventor Renderer of the data read by ReadPlot3D. The surface of the structured grid and the data on that surface is obtained from the DomainSurfaceStr module.
