PartSelect is able to manage sets to cull parts of the geometry or data based on the part attribute.
PartSelect has been tested on SGI platforms.

In this map we handle a time-varying, hierarchically structured geometry. The complete renderer output without the action of PartSelect is shown in the first figure.
If we select parts 3 and 8 (steering wheel and head) for suppression,the resulting renderer output is shown in the second figure.
